It’s an unlimited car wash plan that allows you to wash your vehicle as often as you like at Weigel’s Auto Spa locations.

No, each membership is for one vehicle only.  However, if you replace your vehicle, you can transfer your membership to the new one by visiting a location, calling 865-362-5831, or emailing customerservice@weigelsautospa.com.

Yes! You can add up to four additional vehicles to your membership, each receiving a $10 discount off the regular monthly fee.  To add additional vehicles simply purchase a membership at the sites Kiosk while driving the additional vehicle and use the same credit card used for the primary vehicle.  The system will automatically add the additional vehicle at the discounted rate.  If you already have multiple accounts that you would like linked together on a family plan, please email customerservice@weigelsautospa.com or call 865-362-5831 for assistance. Please note, additional family plan vehicles do not qualify for any additional promotional discounts on top of the family plan discount.

Yes, your vehicle must meet Weigel’s Auto Spa safety guidelines. It’s your responsibility to ensure compliance. A full list of guidelines is available by clicking here.

Weigel’s is only liable for damage proven to be caused by their equipment and only if your car meets safety guidelines.  Liability is limited to the total membership fees you’ve paid.  Damage claims can only be processed if Weigel’s is notified of the claim at the time of the incident.

Not always. Weigel’s may close locations due to weather, maintenance, holidays, or other reasons.

Yes, but promotions can only be used once per account. After a promotion ends, regular rates apply.

These are optional add-on services available at some locations. If selected, Weigel’s will charge the card on file for the service.

Memberships renew monthly. Your card is charged each month unless you cancel or the membership is terminated.

Yes. By signing up, you agree to automatic monthly charges until you cancel or your membership is terminated.

Yes, Weigel’s may increase monthly fees with at least 30 days’ notice posted at all Auto Spa locations.

You can cancel via your membership portal under your account information by selecting “Pause Membership”, by phone at 865-362-5831, or by emailing customerservice@weigelsautospa.com.  Notice must be received at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

No, there are no refunds, even if you cancel mid-month or don’t use the service during a billing cycle.
